Our factory has an area of 8,000 square meters with over 60 employees. We have two nature rubber foaming production lines, and 12 cutting &printing machines. Our strong production capacity enable us to fulfill big orders quickly.

Strict QC management:

Our products are compliant with SGS, REACH, RoHS,CE,FCC etc. Standards.

Our QC department ensures that we comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards and frequently evaluate our quality management. Our technical engineering department improves product quality and the production process, eliminating defective products. We also have a devices department who carry out frequent maintenance of the production and inspection machines.

We perform inspection, recording and analysis of incoming materials, production processes, finished products and experimental devices. We also address customer issues to ensure there are no defective items and provide direct outside assistance in regards to preferential quality management.

Wide product range:

Our product ranges from 20cm to 200cm in length and width, while the thickness ranges from 0.7mm to 80mm. Our company is capable of manufacturing the widest, the most practical and lowest-cost rubber products in China. In order to facilitate our customers, our company has added all sorts of machining equipment to produce various materials used for anti-slip mats.

Instructions of natural rubber as following:

(1).Natural rubber: black, nontoxic and smellless, they are of good quality audited by RoHS,REACH etc.

(2).Thickness: 0.7mm to 80mm

(3).Length and Width: 20cm to 200cm

(4).Cloth surface: any cloth material can be stuck tightly on it, (colors and materials are by your demands)

(5).White cloth surface: mainly used for heat-transfer-printing your logo or artworks on it with good appearance.

(6).The rubber material are mainly used for producing mouse pads, bar mats, beer mats, anti-slip mats, shockproof mats and related products.

There are 8,000 square meters of our factory, and we have over 60 workers servicing in every process of mass production, more than 6 R&D and 7 QC who strictly control the products quality of every link in the production process to ensure the high quality of products.  Our production capacity is about five hundred thousand pieces per month and we are much experienced in operating big orders.
